HIS Hiker Pathfinder Club
The Pathfinder Club is a worldwide co-ed youth group geared toward children ages 10-15. The Pathfinder Club curriculum is divided into six levels: Friend, Companion, Explorer, Ranger, Voyager and Guide. Each level seeks to help club members grow personally, spiritually, mentally and physically.
Here at the Houston International SDA Church, our Pathfinder club, HIS Hikers, meets every 2nd and 4th Sabbath (Saturday) at 4:30 p.m. Club meetings center around earning honors for completed coursework in areas that focus on nature, crafts, safety, life skills, outdoor skills, technology and the Bible. Club members enjoy club meetings, camping and service activities designed to develop Christ-like citizens.
Although Pathfinders is a ministry of the Adventist Church, children of any religion, or none at all, are welcomed and encouraged to join this ministry.
For more information about the club or how to sign up your child, please contact Jeffrey Altemus.
